The ministry began in 1998 in a small apartment in Cocoa, as Living Waters Restoration Ministries.

Three years later, the outreach moved into a small house on First Baptist Church of Merritt Island property. Living Waters transferred leadership to First Baptist Church Merritt Island in 2005.
